Description

The traffic signal for Durant / Fulton is often out of sync with the signal at Bancroft / Fulton. When the signal for Southbound Fulton @ Bancroft turns green the signal at Southbound Fulton @ Durant immediately turns red one block away. There is also a long 3 minute wait for Southbound Fulton Street @ Durant with little cross-traffic maybe 1-2 cars if any during weekdays.
