Sgt. C. Bundy responded to the residence on 7/23/20 at 8pm. Contact was made with Chad Brockington, house-guest, who advised the pile of wood did belong to them. Originally, it was place curbside for pick-up by Chatham County. After the County didn't pick it up he was unsure what to do. Mr. Brockington stated they will be obtaining Waste Management bags from Lowe's tomorrow to put the wood it and then will have it picked up by WM. Area will be checked again for compliance.

Wood pile is still there...see added comment.

As of 7-28-20 some of the pile is now in a Waste Management bag at curbside for pick-up. There is still a medium pile of wood in the same location as before. Follow-up will be done to ensure the entire pile is removed.

Security checked the residence again and both piles are still on location. Security will make contact with the resident again tomorrow(08/19/2020).

Security checked the area again today, the pile has been removed from the property.
