The tennis courts at Riverside and Hoyt Field are in terrible shape. The lights are a tremendous waste of electricity because you cannot see the ball well enough to play. For a city with the resources of Cambridge many parks are in poor condition and not properly maintained.

Hello. This was never addressed back in July, nor was anything communicated back. Does the city have any budget, intent, plan and timeline to repair these courts? The issues seem to be the badly cracked surface and the uncontrollable water that drains down from the spray deck. Those two alien render the courts unplayable. I’ve also seen submission about the lights not working and making night play impossible. Such a waste of a potentially amazing neighborhood resource. Comments from the city please?
