Hello Parks & Forestry team....do you have an ETA on cutting the tree branches? I submitted my initial request on 7/9/2020. My neighbor submitted the same request. Ed, can you please provide an actual ETA? Replying that you will "get to this when possible" is no longer acceptable. Thank you

This issue has never been resolved. The branches of the tree are on my roof and destoying my shingles and provides a good platform for the squirrels to destroy my soffit.
