Description

This is the second request for sidewalk repair. A neighbor uses a mobility scooter to get around, however, he is forced to use the street as he is unable to navigate this, and many sidewalks in the area. While this is a dead end street, UPS and Fedex trucks are on the street daily, as are landscaping trucks with trailers. Being forced to use the street impacts his ability to enjoy the outdoors in the daytime, as he is unable to quickly get out of the way of moving vehicles. In addition the sidewalk is a tripping hazard. I put up the sign and a solar light last October to warn passers-by of the dangerous condition which could cause personal injury. Please make this repair a priority. I believe it is in violation of ADA.
