Per our HOA covenants it is the responsibility of each homeowner to keep those trees trimmed. If you have a complaint you need to direct that to Elevate management company so it can be addressed. It is not the cities responsibility.

Okay... I’m not going to go back and forth. They gave me this website, never heard of it before then. I’m a man of integrity, if you would like to question that, then please don’t do it via keyboard.

This is an issue that can be resolved through the city. The city has ordinances pertaining to having the sidewalks clear and free of obstruction.
