This was reported weeks ago and nothing was done ? Time to fine the owner if they were notfied if not why not ?

This seems to be an ongoing situation and I believe a health issue. With our country having to deal with the pandemic and social issues one would hope that those responsible for maintaining said area would show leadership in doing so and to health assure the health of the community

That is totally unnecessary. The owners responsible for that trash should be served notice by the code enforcement officer. If they don't comply as requested then they should pay a hefty fine!

Since this has been an ongoing issue, maybe the owner should remove the dumpster and the town make it know to its residents that their trash should be secured properly for their designated pickup. Who knows there may be people who are not Randolph residents disposing of their trash also. Secure all trash no matter! As a community owner/renters of commercial properties should daily clean the areas of the property. If European countries can do it they why can't we.
