Please report conditions at this location by first calling 311, then posting the information here so that CB14 can follow up with the appropriate agencies. The complaint regarding the hookah bar was forwarded to the 70th Precinct-NYPD for enforcement. No complaints have been filed by residents or neighbors of this location regarding illegal use or commercial activity. I forwarded these concerns to the Department of Buildings but please call the illegal use complaint into 311 providing as many details as possible and post the service request number here.
