Description

Traffic Light malfunctioning. Defaults to pedestrian crossing every cycle 24/7. Corner Maplewood & Webster Sts. According to the July 10th Advocate, Malden now has over $910,000 with which these lights can be fixed. "trafic control measures". I have complained and neighbors have complained in the past, and nothing. This is a pollution issue as well as a traffic issue. It has been going on for well over 1 year now.
