This is getting out of control. There is one man who follows nearby residents around asking for pain killers and other items. Garbage is everywhere and nothing is getting done about it. I have attended city council meetings where the issue of illegal dumping and homeless encampments getting out of control has been discussed several times. It is always the same thing, the city council members say this needs to end and that they are working on it, but nothing happens.
