Description

Placed tree limbs and other yard debris by road side to be picked up city, they picked up one pile, but left the 2nd pile that was cut to correct size for pick up.
What is the requirement for garbage pickup when it is place in large trash bags because the green container is overflowing. In some neighborhoods the bags are picked up, why are they not picked up in the Evans Hills area?
