This property is not zoned as industrial; the only zoned property that can have long-term storage containers per the same regulation. The container is not well screened from either the street or the residential property abutting, in addition to being set within a few feet of the abutting property. A second area is currently being cleared on the property that has gone beyond property lines; property owned by the Town of Enfield and includes wetland per the GIS Wet-Soil Escarpment map. Concerned that another container will be placed on this clearing, again, without regard to regulations.
