Description

Traffic signal at Delaware and San Pablo is misbehaving. Takes VERY long to allow traffic to cross San Pablo on Delaware. Left turn signal from San Pablo south to Delaware east gets stuck on. Signal does not trigger on for cyclists, especially cyclists with non-metallic frames.
