Description

There is a banned sign on the grand ave 580 freeway entrance heading west.This banner cracked my car windshield and several other cars glass as well.I have several photos and video of my cracked window.I even have a video of someone else driving and getting their windshield cracked.Is the city responsible for damaged cars windshield?
