Description

The traffic light at State Route 29 & Mercer County Route 546 does not detect the presence of vehicles waiting to proceed through the intersection. Additionally, the signal cycle time is incorrectly programmed causing vehicles to sit running and not only waste fuel and it also lowers the air quality which in turn causes health issues.
