Description
Storm drain along Ashe Ave outside of 109 Park Apartments has caused 2 flat tires today alone. Countless tire rubs due to the curb being constructed too close to the street. Drive lane is too narrow because of this. Storm drain has sharp corner that has caused several people to hit causing tires to pop.
