Description

This problem not just here but all over the city, including garage sale signs.
The individual who put up the bottom sign put them on a number poles on Dolphin Dr, Forrest Heights, Dellwood Rd, Willow Cove Rd and Willow Hills. Like most such signs, they will never be removed, they will become illegible or just tear into pieces.
