100% of staff at Michelina's Apizza was in violation of PPE requirements when I went there for a pick-up on Sunday, July 19. I saw 2 staff in the kitchen, one staff at the cash register, and one waiter setting tables. Literally no one was wearing a mask or gloves. There is no plexiglass barrier at the cash register for take-out orders and it is not possible to stay 6 feet away from the cashier and be able to pay.
