Not right that businesses on the state st junction have worked their butts off to stay solvent and have there staff wear PPE at all times and their customers too and the new place (former De Legna’s) is doing non of that. At any point as you walk by the staff and the customers are not wearing masks or distancing inside the business or out. Does the city want to provide a cross walk so we can all cross the street when we have to go bu to remain safe?!!!!
