I'm sure the city will use covid as an excuse for not calling up Hinsdale and yelling at them. And our city council is debating raising taxes on middle class incomes when they could be fining landlords for all these infractions instead. They apparently want to drive out home owners and anyone who wants to make Burlington a long term home.

Gil, most of the city workers that you think are high income people are in fact the middle income people people that you “hardly see”

Some garage has been picked up, generally, however, property appears to continue to fall into disarray. Will continue to monitor and be in touch with Property Management.

Had multiple conversations with tenants about what could be perceived as “clean and sanitary” and what isn’t. They proceeded to clean up property further. Will keep on my street patrol.
