There is an incredible opportunity to make a pocket park or mixed use development from prime but fallow land in Chapel st, between Park st and Howe st. A house on the parcel burned down a number of years ago, but the land owner is failing to take action. it is incumbent on members of the community and the city government to pressure the land owner into working with the city to make the parcel into a beautiful pocket park, or into a mixed use building, ideally with a grocery store to serve a densely populated area that has no such store.
