Description

Nice new asphalt and blacktop in front of the UVM Green on South Prospect St between Colchester Avenue and Main Street. (Why are there no rain catch basins at the intersections of: Colchester and Prospect St, and S. Prospect and College Street; nor anywhere along the entire length of South Prospect between Colchester and College Street? The only catch basins are closer to the corner of S Prospect and Main Street. Is the plan to let all of the rain to flow downhill to other catch basins? Won't this cause over flow at those catch basins ?
