Where's the driveway in the picture?

Car is directly across my drive way so i cant swing in. Its in a no parking firehydrant zone where we put the trash cans on garbageday. It just appeared in front of two empty houses. Windows down, unlocked, a plate in the back window (like theres some reason its not on the car). Looks like a stolen car being stashed down my dead end street.

The sign at the back of the car says 'No Parking Anytime'. It's legal to park ahead of the sign according to your statement (but not for more than 90 minutes). Sorry, but if it's legal to park there, then you need to learn how to swing into your driveway, get a smaller vehicle, park elsewhere or petition to get it made 'No Parking'.
