J. There are 2 sea turtle nests north of 121st on the beach. The Sun Vista Resorts stairwell and pool lights are clearly visible from the beach. This endangers both turtle nesting and the ability of hatchlings making it to the ocean. It violates Treasure Island guidance on lighting during nesting season.
