Description

Unsanitary conditions, streets are overflowing with trash - open drug dealing, open drug use, public prostitution all days and night. These RVs need to be removed - small encampment is new and related to drug activity. Have called the city many times, sent emails, flagged down passing police cars, parking enforcement, etc. and still no assistance. Broken glass everywhere, used needles, the worst of the worst - need help ASAP
