This is what's being left outside for the rain. This is just going to wash down Philip Street. That's not fair to us that there is no proper drainage on this property. As well as this is an environmental problem. We will see what it looks like in the morning.

just in case if you didn't know that's Speedy dry on the ground which is used to clean up oil and other chemical spills.

I wonder what washed down our street last night.

Here is some of the trash that is also being allowed to wash out wire harnesses, battery caps, and shards of sharp metal which the city said they cleaned up but lied about it.

And here's how they keep their property doing that work outside and leaving matches where they can wash out into Holyoke down Phillips and on to Eastern Ave. Proper catch basins need to be installed to protect our streets that's been said a dozen times.

This is an ongoing issue for over 3 years now can we please fix this we don't need Wastewater being Continuing to wash down Holyoke and down Phillips into Eastern Ave.
