Hello and thank you for your reply. They should not do it during hours when people sleep. It’s very disturbing and affecting my health and my family members health condition. And please notify guys who pick up to keep their voice down. I live in the 7th floor and with my windows closed and AC on, I still wake up from the car noise, throwing garbage in the car(bottles) and guys loud talk. Thank you

Effective June 6th, 2022 the noise from garbage truck of sanitation department recommenced in the middle of the night sometime between 1- 3 am.
They should stop doing it, it's really disturbing for the whole block on East 19th street between M and L avenue. It sounds like they pick up the garbage, not recycling. But the track makes a lot of noise.
