Please also refer to the request made in Sept 2018 re: terrible drainage on this street. The water ponds, there is one sewer that is ineffective given slope of the street. The street has since been ripped up and patched and is even worse. There are no curbs so berms become flooded in any rain.

Hello, The permit holder will be held responsible to make final repairs to the roadway. This typically occurs within 6 months after the excavation to allow for settlement. This request will be forwarded to the street opening permit inspector. The Engineering Division is reviewing the drainage issue.
