Clean Air Council is gathering information on idling hotspots in Philadelphia so that we can assist Air Management Services in better enforcing idling laws in the City. I can see from your picture the company name is Wayne Moving and Storage. Was the time that the idling occurred 9 AM? That information is helpful.
If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary, please contact the Air Management Services Unit at 215-685-7580.
For all other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), please report them to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)

I'm not sure about the time. It was exactly when I submitted this report. We were waiting for the driver to return.
