Description

The owner does not permanently reside here. There are rotted trees, a hoarding problem that is visible through the front window, and has spread onto the back porch. The door was open for several days once, and the policeman that knocked to make sure it was empty said the house was most likely a health hazard and filled with garbage. Externally the gutters, roof and chimney are in horrible condition.
