I live on Park and can't tell you how often I hear fights well after midnight. In the summer I can't even have my windows open. I call non emergency, but by the time anyone gets down there it's broken up. The business parking lot was a great idea, but when the business clientele is drunk and disorderly it makes living in the area unbearable at times. There is a bigger problem of redevelopment and bringing in business other than cigarette stores and bars.
