Description

This silver Honda Civic (license plate shown) is parked in front of my neighbor's house @4333 Park Blvd. The car is unlocked. Spoke with 2 individuals who parked this auto there, during which time another vehicle drove up and picked them up and drove off. They did say something about jumper cables, but the car wasn't disabled when they drove & parked it. It's suspicious.
