Turner is smaller than Drexel. Hence, it should be 15 mph over there. Drexel is much larger and can easily support 25 mph speed limit. This is why the limit is never observed...Its too slow.

It is marked 15 mph for a reason. Drexel Avenue has a lot of traffic and if everyone were speeding up and down there WOULD be an accident. Perhaps Upper Darby's finest should sit out there and time the drivers!

yo annie no kidding drexel ave has a lot of traffic so does township line and the limit is 35 nthere. what does that have to do with it being 15 limit. tell me theres alot of kids ill buy it

Too slow? Then go down Turner and see how fast they change THAT to 15 mph. People are in too much of a hurry anyway. I've been almost aimed at on Drexel by people who HAVE to get someplace too quickly so they run the stop signs and do THIRTY FIVE.

Seriously? You must not have children who might be playing in the front yard. We already have people not stopping at stop signs all over the place. I think increasing the speed limit is going to make things worse. Maybe we should have more police enforcement of the speed limit and stop signs.

Guys, just cut over to Morgan or Lindale. In the morning, there's hardly any traffic on either of those streets and they have the same number of stop signs between State & Twp Line. Agree with previous commenters who call for increased enforcement of existing traffic signals/stop signs.
