Description

Broken front window on house with plywood, broken railing in front of house, mattresses laying against the broken fence in back, out of state false tags on vehicle, lots of dog feces in the back yard and dogs jumping the fence into my back yard. Police have been there multiple times for loud yelling and fighting all times of night.
