Description

The Armstrong Factory in the back of Fostoria St. makes a lot of noise some of which is done for no reason I've witnessed employees going full throttle on forklifts throwing big metal containers the size of two city trash containers on the concrete then picking it up and doing it again then picked it up and set it down(10:30pm 11/15/13 recorded on my phone) also at 2am driving full throttle on same forklifts and dragging the forks on the floor as soon as they seen me they lifted the forks, yard goat driver slamming full size trailers down shaking the ground , they have no consideration for the residences nearby . This is a daily occurrence I've submitted a public complaint form at city hall as well ,hopefully they can institute a good neighbor policy or just comply with local ordinance.
