The intersection of Louise and Helen street already have stop signs, but cars frequently ignore these as they race to Mandela Parkway. The situation is even more dangerous at night when cars who should be driving 25 miles per hour at most sometimes race at 70 MPH then they go around in circles at the intersection. This often happens at midnight or after and they are frequently gone within minutes which makes it hard to get police out here by that time.
