Place is gross. Dumpsters right next to the sidewalk stink terrible. Trash everywhere. Overgrown weeds and grass. I’ve even seen goats there. 🤔

DThis is a mixed commercial and residential rental property. I saw no unregistered vehicles on site but traffic comes and goes to the market. Exterior trash is an issue I will address that.

And what about the used car lot? There are 4 cars and one very old van that hasn’t moved in over a year. No inspection - no registration etc.
