I keep reporting this house as well and the trash receptacles being left on the sidewalk on non trash days. They block the sidewalk and trash is going all over the place. Alot of times the garbage bags are placed on the side of the bins. This is unacceptable and unfair to residents needing the sidewalk to walk or the residents in the area forced to use there motorized wheelchairs in the streets because of inconsiderate homeowners. If something isn't done I will be contacting the state representative about this issue. This is a safety issue and a violation of the American disabilities act which prevents residents from mobilizing safely.
