Description

There was tree root repair done on Halsey in about a 15 by 20 ft repair and patchwork done on Halsey. There are areas adjacent to the repair that were in need of repair at the same time and should have been fixed at the same time.I would like to see how you address it because it would have been a lot cheaper to repair the larger section at the time this first section was done.
