Description

The delivery driver (understandably) thought he could park in the bike lane because of the fresh yellow paint. I assume this paint was meant to imply the parking spots were for commercial vehicles, but non-commercial drivers wouldn't understand that - the yellow needs to be on the curb-side of the parking spot. Though Berkeley Bowl has a huge parking lot for loading, so no yellow zones should be necessary.
