I spoke with the residents and advised them of this ongoing issue and how they could remedy them. The vehicles that are being repaired in their driveway are legal and we cannot do anything about. However I will continue to keep a watchful eye on this property day to day as we have received lots of complaints about this property.

No, as a matter of fact, a vehicle parked in the road without an engine is in violation of "disabled vehicle parked in roadway." What I am saying is that I had a conversation with the residents reference the current violation along with the past violations I have cited them for. Up until now, we have not been able to make contact with anybody at the residence so I tried to take the educational approach this time. I took a week off for vacation and just came back today. However today and tomorrow are training days so I won't be able to go by and check on this vehicle until Monday. Because of the due date being tomorrow I am going to close out this complaint but I will continue to check on this residence.
