Thanks for the tip -- I know this is a repeat offender with an open citation out. (A different inspector - #5 - cited him a while back for all the scrapping and stuff in the front yard.) Anyways, I will go by ASAP!

please note the fence with gate now extends about 5 ft in front of his yard. i am sure he didn't have a permit since no fence can be past your house

Fences are allowed past your house and in to your front yard but only to a height of 4 feet. But we will look into this when back in the office! Thanks!
