Recycle has been missed again for 2 weeks in a row! I saw the recycling truck pick up recycle across the street and he simply stared at our bin and never picked it up! Doe she want me to put across the street so he wont missed it? Its very upsetting when you see all your neighbors recycle picked up and your not? Advise if he wants us to put the bin across the street of our house so he can pick it up along with other houses!
