Description
See-Click-Fix has an issue in it's software or a problem in its operational parameters and in my contacts with the home office of See-Click-Fix, they asked me to take this to the Macon-Bibb administrator. I tried to do this over the phone earlier this year and was told that what I tried to explain to them was "not possible". After making a request this morning, (8316705) I scrolled down and took a picture of the problem. When follow-up on an issue is necessary, for one reason or another, I am unable to assist Macon-Bibb because the "Public commenting and status changes are not available for this request" line appears at the bottom of the request. Please have someone correct this software problem. I will hold this report in the Macon-Bibb system for now to allow time for an update before forwarding the file to the See-Click-Fix home office. If an issue has been closed, additional action can and may be initiated for seven days immediately following "close" designation.
If an issue has been closed, on the eighth day following "close" no actions are possible at this point as it is in an archive status. See Click Fix Home Office sets the "archive" rule.
If an issue has been closed and marked as a duplicate, it is automatically in archive status which happen immediately because it is a duplicate.
In the event of duplicate submissions, we work from the original entry based on date/time. Any subsequent or additional request/entries are noted as a duplicate, closed, and linked to the original entry.
