Description

The overflowing garbage appears frequently at Carlyle Apartments causing large birds (I think they are turkey vultures) to swarm the area and venture across the street to my complex (Avalon Townhomes). This is an ongoing problem at Carlyle Apartments, and something needs to be done to deter the littering. This pic was taken August 4, 2020.
