Why is it that City Point and the Hill have such long delays when the power goes out. Our business is an essential service to all. Our tenants above our office have to suffer the delays in getting service every time we have an outage. It could be a simple outage or something like yesterdays event. There are no wires down anywhere around us but we have no power. I'm tired of paying high electric bills and in 2020 we are still subjected to bottom of the list based on priority. The UI pays little mind to the complaints I have made. There must be something wrong with the grid around here. And it is lousy that this neighborhood is treated this way.
