This property needs ALOT of maintenance! Trees are all overgrown, grass is overgrown, there is a chicken coop in the back with overgrown brush all around it. People using the coop to dump waste in. This property owner has multiple properties in this surrounding area that are boarded up and not maintained. When will the city make these SLUMLORDS tear down this buildings? It's bringing down the value of our property and the value of our neighborhood. The overgrowth is so out of control it makes for a perfect breeding ground for rodents, and the pine tree is causing an infestation of mosquitos. We can't even go onto our property beside that house because of the condition it's in. The city needs to address this home and the SLUMLORD who owns it!
