there is a disagreement between the two property owners as to who is responsible for maintaining this area. We are in the process of attempting to define and take care of the problems.

According to Shawnee County GIS Survey, it shows that Dillon's does.

we use the same county survey type maps when we try and determine ownership on property. However the problem when it’s like this becomes those lines are sometimes as much as 50 feet off of where they should be. In this case someone has already taken care of the weeds and the problem is done. This ticket will be closed.

I haven't found the GIS Survey being off that much (50'), most I've seen is (6") or so. Thanks for pursuing this.
