Description

Traffic light SB Union Park Ave onto I215 E rarely provides the arrow. Striping is horrible: one risks getting their front bumper ripped off from EB cars exiting freeway and turning NB onto Union Pk Ave. In the decade that light has been there, I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen the turn arrow lit. It's a busy intersection.
