People treat our neighborhood like a dump all the time, but what really @#$% me off about this one is they have piled their crap so it completely blocks the sidewalk. I know this isn't the best neighborhood, but it's still a neighborhood. We have garbage pickup, and they sell garbage bags at the @#$% Safeway, so let's USE SOME OKAY???

My husband's elderly mother is in town and she has trouble navigating around this mess with her cane. It makes people have to walk in the street which causes both a danger to pedestrians and cars alike!

Sadly, the same house has just dumped more trash out front tonight. Two days after the city helped to clean up their mess. I am very angry with them. I hope they get a dumping fine.

Grrrrrrrrr! So thoughtless! Just like a little child, expecting the grown-ups to pick up after him.

Since there was more stuff dumped tonight, it needs to be re-opened.
